Organic cashew based semi soft cheese reminiscent of a goat creamy soft cheese. No additives or preservative, aged for 1 to 2 weeks. Has a clean and tangy feel with an extremely soft and creamy texture.
Ingredients
Organic soaked raw cashews, filtered water, live cultures, truffle oil, full fat organic coconut milk, Cornish sea salt.
